If you are interested in joining it will most likely be because you have realized playing a multiplayer game solo, just isn't as fun as playing it within a well organized team. Cell-3 is all about teamwork, whether you are a highly skilled player or not, each member of Cell-3 contributes to the team.
In public play we aren't as serious about winning, but we still enjoy working as a team and having fun. For official matches against other clans we take these more seriously, and we play to win. Normally we elect a captain, who will be responsible for giving the orders, other players are expected to keep the communications clear, and follow the tactics and orders to ensure victory. When playing official matches communication is a key role and the team which communicates the best will win, regardless of the individual player ability.

C3ll will accept your application (only in rare cases will your application not be accepted) and put you on a trial mostly the same day you applied.
The trial is an 3 week period in which both the applicant and Cell-3 get used to each other, see it as a proof period. This might all sound and seem bureaucratic nonsense but we had quite some trouble in the past just accepting people in. As long as you like online gaming and your not an asshole your fine. At the end of the trial there will be held a vote among all red Cell-3 members to accept the applicant as a full member or not. Once your accepted as a full member by the clan you will be given privileges like any other member.

Access to the general clan forum and Ventrillo channel
Participate in ladders/leagues if wanted
Red Cell Members
Allow you to join an adult organized gaming clan
Red Cell are 18+ members
Pay community fees

Access to the general clan forum and Ventrillo channel
Access to the Red Cell clan forum and Ventrillo channel
Participate in ladders/leagues if wanted and are selected in favor above White Cell members in the case of to many applicants for a match
Get RCON (admin) control of all our server(s)
Get to vote on all major clan decisions
Get to vote on all applications whatever to accept them or not
Can participate as captain (if you want) in clan matches
Access to a free Cell3 TFP for swapping large files
Fees If you are accepted a member and you are 18+ we require you to donate to the community!
The fee is (depend on what game we have) normally around 10 GBP's per 3 months (mostly less and rarely more). All payments are done via PayPal, which is a very easy to use and safe system. PAYPAL
